Join us for this creative upcycling workshop at White Weft’s denim studio—a vibrant creative space in Brixton with epic London skyline views! In this 2 hour session we’re diving into our denim scraps to create an heirloom Christmas stocking, bringing upcycled vibes to your festive decor!

You'll sew one stocking during the session and take away materials and patterns to make another at home.

Participants must be able to use a domestic sewing machine independently for this session and Janelle will be on hand to share upcyling hacks and expert tips for sewing denim. If you don't have basic sewing machine skills we have other events for you, check out the patchwork stars workshop where hand sewists are welcome!

Dig into our denim scraps to create stunning patchwork stars to add a personal touch to your seasonal decorations. Sewing machines will be ready for those who want them, but there’s also a hand-sewing option if you are not machine confident. You'll make at least one star during the session, and take home materials to create two more—perfect to gift to friends and family or add an heirloom to your own tree!
